Vocationl Training on Agarbati (Incense Stick)

A six week “Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programme” on “Agarbati making &

Household items (Ujala, Detergent Powder, Alta)” was imparted to potential participants

at Daspalla with the sponsorship by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME),

Govt. of India. 25 members of different SHG groups actively participated in the ESDP programme

and after the completion, certificates of MSME, Govt. of India were distributed by the Asst.

Director of the said department.

 

 

The programme helped the enthusiastic women to gain knowledge and skill to make those household items.

After the programme, the skilled women are producing agarbati and market linkage to sell their products

has been established with the facilitation of the IIEC.
