Major Activities :

Development of social structure like Village Development Committee(VDC), Cluster Development Committee(CDC) and Area Development Committee (ADC)

Construction of 7kms. of village link road using labour based methods

Establishment of common facility centres with facilities like
(i) Agricultural service centre with tools and equipments, seeds, fertilizers and manures etc.
(ii) Collection and marketing of local agriculture and forest produce
(iii) Library and information centre with reading room, community hall, books and other reading materials, audio-visual equipments like radio, TV etc.
(iv) Training on entrepreneurship development and income generation options to IMT and cycle users

Revolving fund for provision of IMTs and cycles

Development of 3nos. of IMT models – tricycle rickshaw trolley, two wheeled hand carts and cycle trailer
