Results :

  • Investigate approaches, strategies in service providing and access to services.

  • Find out gaps and needs in approach, strategy, working mechanism in service delivery, access to services as well as holistic development of the poor slum dwellers that could be best fulfilled by NGOs.

  • Probe into governance issues like co-ordination, convergence, technology option, participatory planning and implementation. Explored positive and adverse impact of the projects on slum dwellers in terms of affordable services and livelihoods
